330ministries Inc (also referred to as 330ministries) values your privacy. We know you care how information about you is used and shared. We hope the following statements will help you understand how 330ministries will collect, use and protect the information you provide to us through the apps and websites owned by 330ministries.

What we collect and how we use it:
• Personal Information and Access
You will not be asked to register, sign-up or provide personal information to 330ministries by most of our apps and services. Nevertheless, apps may contain certain features that will access functions within your device (i.e., camera, contacts, microphone, etc.) in order to provide a better user experience. 330ministries does not use any of these features to collect personal information, audio or images from your device.

• Unique Device ID and GPS location
When you access one of our apps, we may collect your Unique Device ID (‘UDID’) and/or IP address and/or GPS location. We use this information to provide a tailored experience for you. The information is collected in order to determine the aggregate number of unique devices using our service or parts of our service, to track total usage, analyze data, and communicate with you more effectively. We may combine this information with information from third parties to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our service. We do not share any personally identifiable information with third parties in association with your UDID or GPS location without your explicit permission.

• Website cookies
If you access a website owned by 330ministries through the app, we may send one or more cookies to your computer/device, so that we may uniquely identify your browser. (A cookie is simply a tiny text file containing a string of characters.) Accepting our cookies allows you to keep your user preferences. • Log information
When you use certain services of 330ministries, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends when you visit one of our websites. • Voluntary Information and User Communications
Personal information or requests that you submit via email, a contact form or by subscribing to any of our services will be sent to the 330ministries staff and leadership. Only trusted leaders of 330ministries will have access to this information. When you send an email or other communication to any 330ministries owned website, we may retain those communications to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. We may from time to time contact you concerning additional features and resources that we believe might be of interest to you. However, you can unsubscribe at any time either by using the unsubscribe button on any marketing communication or by emailing us at resources@threethirtyministries.org.

• Third Party Sites
This Privacy Policy applies only to sites and apps that are owned and operated by 330ministries. 330ministries cannot regulate other sites linked from and within our various websites, apps and services. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. You should familiarize yourself with their unique Privacy Policies, should you choose to access their sites and/or provide personal information.

How do we use your information?
When you sign up for a particular service that requires registration, we ask you to provide personal information. You may decline to submit personal information to any of our services, in which case we may not be able to provide those services to you.

How do we protect your information?
330ministries does not share your personal information with other institutions outside of 330ministries without your explicit consent. 330ministries may share your personal information only if it has a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms Of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of 330ministries, its users or the public as required or permitted by law. 330ministries takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. Unless explicit permission is obtained from you, 330ministries restricts access to personal information to its employees, leaders and agents who need to know that information to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals may be subject to discipline, including termination and legal action, if they fail to meet these obligations.

No Liability for Acts of Third Parties
330ministries will exercise reasonable efforts to safeguard personal information that is provided to us. However, data protected by security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, 330ministries shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of 330ministries including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of 330ministries staff and/or third parties.

330ministries reviews our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the personal information needed to provide or improve our services. We take reasonable steps to ensure that, if you choose to provide 330ministries with any personal information, such information is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.

You may choose to make purchases or electronic payments by accessing a website owned by 330ministries either directly or through an app. All financial transactions are handled through secured web-servers.

330ministries periodically reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints regarding privacy issues, it is our policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between 330ministries and an individual.

As 330ministries evolves, we may need to update this Policy to keep pace with changes in the service, our ministry and laws applicable to us and you. We will, however, always maintain our commitment to respect your privacy. We will post any revisions to this Policy, along with their effective date, in an easy to find area of our web site (currently www.threethirtyministries.org/privacy-policy), so we recommend that you periodically check back to stay informed of any changes. As long as you continue to use our services, you are bound by the terms of the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any changes to this Policy and do not wish your information to be subject to a revised Policy, you will need to contact us in writing, close any applicable accounts and/or stop using the services, resources, etc., provided by 330ministries.
