It is actually quite easy. The following four steps will guide you in deciding what price and format will best meet your needs. As you will see, this can be as simple as letting us pull information and graphics from your website and building you a custom app for an extremely affordable price.
STEP 1 - Choose your pricing option
Base Price: $495
(This price is discounted for orders received in April or May and will increase at the beginning of June.)
The Base Price includes the creation of your app using graphically-prepared screens that you supply. You can also choose from three formats. You will be notified when your app is uploaded to the App Store and will have one week to let us know of any cosmetic or textual adjustments that you would like to make. Your app will continue in the App Store as long as you desire, free of charge. If you ever desire to make updates, just let us know and we will gladly make updates at a charge of $50 for the first hour of work and $35 for each hour following. Once you notify us of the changes you would like to make, we will send you a price quote and wait to receive approval from you before beginning your adjustments.
This pricing option is best for you if you want to have a high degree of control over the look and layout of your app and plan to never or only occasionally make adjustments to it. If you choose this option, make your information as relevant and timeless as possible. Be sure to include your church service times, contact information, information about your pastor and other items that guests and newcomers might desire to know. We will also include a map to your church location.
Design Price: $795
(Base Price-$495 + Design Cost-$300 = Design Price-$795)
This price option was developed for those who are busy in ministry who don't have time to hunt down logos or think about whether to use a color or an image for the background of their app or what color the font should be or what images or items they should upload to give their app the best look possible. Some of us just don't have time for these thoughts, some of us are burdened by them, and some of us just know our own creative limitations. If you feel this way, then take a deep breath. This option is for you. Simply give us your website address and let us know a little about the layout you desire. Our creative designers will do the rest. We will pull images and information directly from your website to create your app. Another benefit here is that your app and your website will have a similar look. You also have the ability to upload to us extra logos, background images and information that you would like for us to use as well.
This pricing option is best for you if you are looking for the simplest and easiest way to have an app created for your ministry and plan to never or occasionally update your app. Give us a few minutes of your time and let our professionals do the work for you. And if you ever decide to update your app, the rates will be the same as in the Base Price option.
Update Subscription: $360
The Update Subscription is an additional option that you might want to add to your Base Price or Design Price options. The Update Subscription gives you the flexibility of updating your app often since this pricing feature includes twelve discounted updates during the first year of use. Instead of paying $50 for the first hour of adjustments, this price includes twelve one-hour updates for only $30 each. This is a $240 savings upfront. Then each additional hour needed for the updates, if more is needed, will be charged at $30 instead of $35 per hour. As always, we will send you a price quote for every update you request and wait to receive approval from you before beginning any changes. These discounted updates could be used once a month or at any time throughout the year but are only valid for one year. At the end of the first year, you will have the choice to resubscribe at a discounted rate or to continue paying for updates as you go at the Base Price rate.
This pricing addition is best for you if you plan to update your app often. Just add this amount to your Base or Design Price. If you choose this option, use your app to keep your members informed about current events, to update each month with fresh news and features. Everytime your app updates, your members will be notified through the App Store that an update is available and each update will give a brief description for the purpose of the update. This will automatically draw attention back to your app and give an explanation of what is new.
STEP 2 - Choose your format
With each of the following formats, we will use word-for-word the information that you provide or that we pull from your website. We will also use any images or logos that you provide and you can even choose your background and font colors to make your app truly unique for your purpose.
Gateway
The Gateway format begins with an Entry Screen that will contain your logo, mission statement, foundational Bible verse, or main event that you are pushing with an "Entry" button that gains access to the rest of the application. The purpose of this entry screen is to keep certain information (i.e., a logo or mission statement, etc.) in front of people every time they open your app. (See the margin to the left for a sample.) The second screen is the main menu using either a Side-Style or Top-Level menu. (See the margin to the left for samples.) This menu can contain up to eight buttons, each of which will lead to a second level. Each second level can contain up to thee buttons leading to a third viewing level. MainView
The MainView format jumps immediately to the main menu using either a Side-Style or Top-Level menu. (See the margin to the left for samples.) Like the Gateway Format, this menu can contain up to eight buttons, each of which will can contain a second level that can have up to three buttons. Check here for a Planning Diagram.
Duplex
The Duplex format begins with an entry screen containing two buttons, each of which leads to a different menu. (See the margin to the left for samples of menu styles.) Each of these menus can contain up to eight buttons, with the same second and third level options as the previous formats. Check here for a Planning Diagram.
Custom
Perhaps you want more than two menus or a menu for each of the main ministries in your church. Below you will be shown the appropriate form to use to get started with the information you desire in two of the menus. Be sure to mark that you desire the "Custom" option and at the end of the form, in detail, describe how many menus you desire with up to eight buttons on each. We will create a price quote based on the information you provide concerning how many hours of extra time you need to purchase for the creation of your custom application. STEP 3 - Choose your design option
You have two design options:
- Use the form below if you simply want us to use your website to gather graphic and content information. All you need to do is give us your website's address and let us know what you desire for each screen in your app to represent. This kind of app will have a look that is very similar to your website and you also have the additional option of uploading some extra images and information that might not be on your website. This option falls under the Design Price Option of $795.
- Use this option if you desire to upload ready-made screens. You can have as much control over the look of your app as you desire.
